Requirements:
Requirements are very simple in 90% cases, but it can be complex in rare cases.
Only fresh applications will be processed in surgeries means only applicants who are applying for the first time.
There will be no applications for modification means change in details or duplicate if card is lost. If there are cases like that you can advise them to go to Pakistan High Commission London.
I want to clear one thing over her is that people use different names like Nadra Card, Shanakhti Card, Visa Card. Visa Free Card. These all are same but actual name is NICOP. (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistani), and this card is in English of Green Color.
Other Card that is used in Pakistan is Called CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card.) and that is in Urdu of Green Color.
CRC (Child Registration Certificate) is registration of Children below 18 in Pakistan and is a A4 Size Paper with children details. But outside Pakistan instead of issuing CRC below 18, NICOP is issued. In Some Cases, When British passport holder travel to Pakistan with their family, sometime they apply this certificate for their children, please ask head of family whether he got this certificate from Pakistan before applying NICOP for their children. If any child got this certificate, he needs to present this certificate at the time of applying NICOP.
I will use terms as NICOP and CNIC and NIC in the requirements, so you should be familiar with these terms.
1- This category includes any Pakistani who is applying for the first time. And you will experience that mostly children below 18 will fall in this category who are dual national having British Passport.
